Sales Strategy Session
If you are on a tight budget or are a do-it-yourselfer, a Sales Strategy Session could be just right for you. This is our Basic Home Staging Sales Strategy Session.
We tour your home with you, from curb appeal to all interior rooms to the back yard, and you and/or your Realtor are encouraged to walk with us. This normally takes about 2 hours to provide you with a very thorough written list of recommendations, which is provided to you within 48 hours of our walk-through. This becomes your Sales Strategy! You can then implement the recommended items at your own pace. It's usually best to do this before your home is listed for sale. Sales Strategy Session fee: $197.
BONUS: We include 6-8 "After" photos for your marketing purposes AT NO EXTRA COST!

Occupied Staging
In addition to a Consultation ("Sales Strategy Session"), we provide a variety of other Staging options. Your written Sales Strategy Session investment is waived if we do the hands-on staging for you (making your life so much easier!)

Vacant Staging / Distressed Properties
Only 10% of home buyers can visualize the potential of a home, therefore a STAGED HOME is a SOLD HOME! We offer vacant staging with monthly rental furniture as well as complete accessorizing emphasizing the major areas of the home i.e. entry, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, baths, master bedroom.
We spend at least a day to insure a smooth delivery as well as the complete staging so potential buyers can have a frame of reference as to how their own furniture would fit into the space and how they can imagine themselves living there.
If the property is vacant and/or distressed, we have the expertise to make it ready for the market!
